Returns & Refunds
If a product is not right for you, here is how a return works.
Return window
Returns are accepted within the period stated in your order confirmation of delivery, for products in resalable condition with all accessories and packaging.
How to start a return
Write to the contact form on our Contact page with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Customs duties or import taxes already paid to the destination country are refunded by that country's authorities where their rules allow, not by ZonaShop.
Faulty products
A faulty or incorrectly shipped product is replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping.
